1. Use of the App

  • Bricks is currently available only via iOS TestFlight as a beta version.

  • The app may be free for some users during beta testing; others may see a paywall.

  • Users receive 3 days free, after which the cost is $39.99 per year. You may also receive promotional discounts.

  • No monthly plans are available. Some in-app purchases may be rolled out soon.

  • The app may contain bugs, may be unstable, and data loss is possible.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 13 years or older to use the app.

  • The app is available in most countries, unless restricted by local laws.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Bricks, you agree to:

  • Not abuse, reverse engineer, or misuse the app in any way.

  • Not upload or share illegal content through the app.

  • Use AI features carefully. AI-generated responses may contain errors.

  • Do not rely on AI for medical, financial, or life-critical advice. AI is for general understanding only.

4. AI Disclaimers

  • AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate.

  • Bricks is not responsible for any mistakes or decisions made based on AI suggestions.

  • All AI chats are cleared after each session, and AI requests are cleared after each use.

5. Data & Privacy

  • All user data is stored on your device. Bricks does not store your personal data.

  • You may optionally use Apple iCloud to store data, though reliability may vary.

6. Termination

  • Bricks may terminate beta access, the app, or any feature at any time.

  • We are not responsible for any data loss if the app or beta is discontinued.

  • Feedback from users is valued and helps improve the app, but participation is at your discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and technology in Bricks are owned by Bricks Labs Limited.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use content outside the app without permission.

  • We do not guarantee results from using the app.
